Recently renovated, it has a modern living room with an open kitchen, dining set and access to the nice terrace with incredible sea views. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms. Also, it offers a sofa bed in the living room. What guests love the most about the apartment is its modern style and its location!

We loved our stay in Marbella Airbnb. The apartment was immaculate--the bathroom, kitchen, and linens were very clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view of the lighthouse. The location was great for walking along the water and going to restaurants. The host met us at the door and clearly explained everything we needed to know. There is an elevator so it was easy to access. We were fortunate to park on the street in front of the apartment in a paid space. You must pay at the meter station on the street in 2 hour intervals. Make sure you download the parking app so you can pay on your phone from anywhere. There is a parking garage just 2 blocks away. The host supplied a bottle of chilled wine and coffee pods for the morning. I highly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with views. Great enclosed terrace. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, the Paseo (boardwalk) , 10 minutes to old town, ferry to Puerto Banus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

Julia was the perfect host, and the apartment was not only immaculate but also provided all of the necessary bits and pieces to make the stay so straightforward and pleasant. Added to which the location was perfect for the beach and a multitude of bars and restaurants. We could not recommend this apartment more and would it hesitate to return.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed staying in Marbella for a week. We wish we could live there, it feels like a proper home away from home. All the amenities were there with extra linens and things to just make staying there effortless. It’s a prime location, and walking distance to everything in and around the Old Town area. Added bonus is it had parking within the building with a dedicated spot. Be warned, it is very tight, a mid-size SUV and up probably has a difficult time fitting but our compact SUV squeezes in nicely. Everything else was perfect and communication is as great throughout the process.

We recently stayed at Julia's accommodation and it was great. It is within all amenities which Marbella has to offer. Julia was always very responsive to any questions or queries. We would definitely consider staying there again.
